Meet Walter E. Copeland II, Pn1, CLC, CHC.

Walter began his fitness career in 2004 as an NCCA accredited personal trainer and group exercise instructor. His passion for health and wellness motivated him to pursue a degree in health sciences from Purdue University. Walter's personal interests along with his studies encouraged him to deepen his involvement with fitness, and in 2011 he opened WC Fitness. Owning a fitness organization has allowed Walter to intensify his commitment to healthy living, and he especially enjoys the opportunities for the community that accompany the tight-knit fitness family that his gym fosters. Walter's dedication is motivated by a sincere enjoyment of helping others change their lives, and he credits his clients and friends for his successes.

Walter has always enjoyed venturing into the community to share the importance of a healthy lifestyle through public speaking and demonstration. Some of his community engagement affiliations include Enon Tabernacle Church, Community College of Philadelphia, Albert Einstein, and Girard College of Philadelphia. In September 2016, he was a panelist for the American Heart Association alongside other notable names such as Patty Jackson, Gerald L. Devaughn and Kim Coles.

Jerome has lived in Philadelphia all his life and is WC Fitness' Administrative Assistant. He organizes everyone's schedules and makes weekly follow-up calls to check in on the fitness family. Physical fitness is often the missing key, and he believes that staying dedicated to exercise and good nutrition is essential to maintaining versatility and overall health.
